Tourists from England that needed some washing done. Very convenient location for hotels around Fisherman’s Wharf. Staff are really helpful. Happy took our laundry and sorted things out, a lovely lady. Really clean and well maintained place. Highly recommend.

i don’t think actually i could find better laundrymat in San Francisco. Machines are in good condition and place is very clean. As a foreigner in San francsico,i don’t know how these things work on but lady was helpfull and kind. I recommend this place 👍 ⭐️ …

Excellent laundry mat. Super kind, friendly, helpful attendant “Happy”. You can pay with an app, with quarters (they have a change machine), or with a credit card. Clean, safe, neighborhood.

This is a clean, airy and safe place to do laundry. The staff assisted me with all my needs. The location is great, I didn't bring any cash but it's close to ATM machines , the people were nice and kindly showed me where the ATM machines are, the laundry shop has also change machine. The shop is just a few minutes walk to some cafe and pastry shops where you can relax and wait for your laundry to be done. I love the view from the window of this laundry shop where the train just passes by. The costumer service is excellent, she always say good morning to everyone and makes you feel welcome. I recommend this laundry place.

Great machines, huge dryers. Costed me around 7 usd for a small load including a pod. The lady was very helpful and guided me well.

Wasn’t too crowded when I went at 8:30am on a Thursday. They use an app called PayRange which you can use to pay for the washer and dryer. If you want detergent or dryer sheets you should bring your own or bring change. The detergent dispenser only takes coins. And the change machine only takes bills. I accidentally loaded $25 on to pay range and they refunded me in seconds. I had to pay twice for a washer load because it didn’t start the first time and they refunded me for that too. Good experience over all.

My wife and I visited this laundromat in San Francisco and were so impressed by the modern equipment and cleanliness. The machines are all new, easy to use, and made the whole experience so quick and convenient. The lady working there was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through everything we needed. It’s truly one of the best laundromats we’ve been to, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and setup. Highly recommend!
